The Noburu Islands or Okatabawashita in the traditionnal language are southwest of Japan they are are constitued of 3 Islands ,
Nobu Sei, Nobu Ru San, Nobu Kuang until 1668 it was independant

548-900 - Okata Dynasty

900-1423 - Nobu Dynasty

1423-1456 4 Kingdoms (Lian / Hong / Shang / Jiao )
Jiao eventually won and became Shi

1423 -1562 : Shi

1562 Yang King Luo Revolution, a mouvement against the violent king Wai Shung the Shi Dynasty members are killed one by one and the Luo's take control

1564-1668 - Luo's

1667 Japanese attacks

1668 Chinese attack and take control of a weakened kingdom

1668-1824 Chinese rules

1822 British colonize the 3 Islands

31 August 1842 2 days after the Nanking traty in Hong Kong, the British add the Noburu Islands to there empire with the Shang Lei Pong treaty

1941 - Japanese attack and take control even when Noburu was neutral, the Japanese rename Okatabawashi to Noburu

1985 - Ping Lao treaty the Noburu Islands become independant and is renamed Okatabawashi,

1985 - ... Song Dynasty and Okatabawashi constructs it's own system monetary and political system

1997 - Shing Wong Protests, huge protests against taxes and political decisions

2005 - Rooftop housing becomes illegal and slums are destroyed with the inhabitants of those being relocated in Gov.Estates

2008 - Luo Gong treaty (treaty on Okatabawashi's immigration policy)

2010 - Discussions on a new open minded policy, with unions with states and other country

2011 - Joining AIN (76% of the population agreed after a public vote)

Thomas will do the checklist and then open it up to voting. On the surface, I can't see any issues, but Shuto Empire kind of died after total inactivity, so we would need an assurance that this wasn't going to go the same way.

As impressive as this is, the history of this particular member does not bode particularly well. One his last application was approved, we heard virtually nothing from him. This may count against this application.
