Please post your Gross Domestic Product and GDP per Capita correct as of June 2011 (Q3 in calendar-based fiscal years) below. GDP is the measure by which we judge the standard of living and economic growth of countries, and is therefore important information to gather.
This is not national budgets. This is GDP and is essential knowledge for the AIN Ministry of Innovation, Trade and Investment when establishing future union budgets and economic aid programmes.

What's your population again? The GDP seems quite high. Can I remind everyone that your population multiplied by GDP per capita should be equal to your GDP. Smile

If you're based right next to Nova Scotia that doesn't seem right to me. But I'm sure the new AINSI Commissioner and his team, who will be checking statistics, can help you to make it more realistic. Smile

Monetary Statistics Bureau Empty Re: Monetary Statistics Bureau

Post by Blakeway4 15th October 2011, 17:19

30 millions? one word: unrealistic. Why? Location. Size. Type of nation.

Location: Look at the surroundings. NS is like 1.5 millions. Maine is like 750k.
Size: your island isn't small but if it was 30 millions, there won't be any forests. Mostly cities and few lands.
Type of nation: It is not European like UK so you can't compare it to UK. It is North America with suburbs and waste of space. 16 millions is the limit as I said before.

@Thomas: we can say our opinion, no? Cheeky/Razz

Monetary Statistics Bureau Empty Re: Monetary Statistics Bureau

Post by SmartbyLaw 15th October 2011, 18:10

Im sorry but 30 million, if history allows it could be correct. Unlike Canada my country in habitable. Most of Canada, isn't. Now I'm rethinking all of this and I would like your input only if you actually want to give it. I'm trying to make it more realistic with some help (with history) and I don't even know yet if 30 million will be it. Thats what I did my GDP on for now. I will possibly change. After for 16 million, I don't agree. With the acceptance of Ceanda (almost 10 million) then the population would rise to 27 million, which in my opinion could be realistic. If you have an opinions or suggestions please tell me.

That would be realistic, but would limit your CJ for the local style... (27 Million). You would not be able use the local style and would have to set up all from scratch... But still possible...

These GDP figures are now COMPULSORY. If you do not submit it, you may not receive any funding from AIN ministries and be excluded from future roleplaying events that involve AIN funding, or worse.

Therefore you MUST submit your GDP figures or you will face multiple penalties. The following nations need to submit their GDP figures:

> Ascadylea
> Bangorai'
> Linktoria
> Tirnreich
> Westfield
