Please discuss this country's use of realism, custom content, any advice you have for the building skills of the player, and any other suggestions that you have. A reminder that any degrading sinsult or use of profanity will be removed immediately.

Pros:
-I really like the use of the rural highways, really brings a unique look to Escambia.
-I like the use of custom content and lot editing for the houses
-I think the university is just stunning!

Cons:
-I'm seeing some dead ends of avenues

Advice:
-For the theme park, may I suggest you use ped mall pieces instead of streets for added realism.
-For the stadium, may I suggest you lessen the parking lots and replace them with garages?

Also, with the parking lots, try underground parking (search it on stex)

I prefer lots or parking garages. They just seem more realistic to me.

Garages? Thats very unrealistic near a major stadium to be honest Peter. same with lots of underground parking.

Yeah but that's only applicable for stadiums with massive open space around them.

exactly. The stadium is open. Its not like its in the middle of downtown where that could be possible solution. Buts in uncommon to see major stadiums like that have parking garages. around them

yea now that I think of it the garages would be more realistic downtown in tight places. and like you guys said if theres space then use lots.

For the University of Escambia State Campus, the dead end avenue doesn't look realistic.

Other wise, your city building skills is great. Keep up the good work.
