Navigation Bars

Hey guys,
As you may have noticed, our navigation bars has changed. I changed them to a more uniform look. However, as with any change here at the union, should you not like it, or have a suggestion or concern, please do not hesitate to let us know, below or by PM! And of course, we can always revert back to the old navigation bar if there's any problems
Do you think it should be in a different color?
Do you think it should be in a smaller size?
Do you not like it at all?

That's so much better. The last style never worked on my screen size, so this one is a big improvement.
