New Navigation & Banner

Hey guys,
As you may have noticed, the union banner has changed. I was experimenting with a new banner look to give this website a refreshed look. So, what do you guys think? Like it, hate it, anything to improve on?
As always, should the majority not like the new changes, we can always revert to the old union banner

I like it a lot - I also like the green. I think that could be used for the new homepage if one happens?

hey guys, the navigation also changed. please tell us what you think. do you like it, hate it? should it be a different color? should it be a different theme?

I like it a lot - but there's just one small issue - the "groups" tab seems not to have a border.

Btw, another minor issue: the "New Message(s)" tab doesn't have that white border.
