Tirnreich seeking military supplies

The Tirnreich has been stable since its independence earlier this year. Nevertheless, the Emperor has requested that the Empire procures armanent and equipment to better defend itself.

A brief history of Imperial Military:
In the days of Colonial Tirnreich, the sitting Emperor/King led militiamen with primitive rifles even for their time. Despite this, the Imperial Mueseum has the very rifles on display. They may be used at the very last resort.

In WWII, the Tirnlanders were drafted into Hitler's German Army, and were organized into the 1st Tirnland Home Battalion. The Battalion was given Mauser Kar98k's, MP40's, and Panzerschreks. These were the only weapons used, no grenades were given as the Germans were weary of their explosive range, fearing the Tirnlanders would soon turn on the officers and rebel. These guns were restocked by the Germans after their defeat by Allies.

Throughout the Cold War, the Tirnlanders had access to police-level weaponary, such as Sig P228 pistols, MP5 submachine guns, stun and flash grenades, and the TSA-2 Headhunter sniper rifle. (remodel of the Lee-Enfield sniper) This was mainly because the land was split into thirds, and there was little to no unity to fight for.

Closer to the reunification of Germany, public comaraderie in the Tirnland was gathering, and soon people were seeking leadership to get the land reunified. During the initial decade of the reunified Germany, the German Heer (army) organized 2 Tirnreich Home Brigade, which consisted of 25,000 infantry, and 5,000 support/logistics members. This unit used the same weaponary as the German Army, the G36, MG4, HK USP, HK UMP, and HK PSG1.

When the Tirnreich gained independence, the Home Brigade was allowed to keep the weapons under the AIT document. Today, the Tirnreich uses the exact same weapons throughout the 3 branches of the Tirnreich military.

Emperor Konrad von Nacht, along with PM Christoph Kohl and Defense Minister Alexandr Graef, formally ask the AIN to provide the opportunity to provide small arms, aircraft, and ground transportation.

The Novland Government would like to negotiate a deal to give arms to Tirnreich, In return we would like to build a military base and ICBM silo in your country which would be used by Novland in a case of a global conflict.

Lisieux has a very good air force. We will give you a very large discount on air vehicles such as planes and helicopters if Lisieux can have a military base in your country.

Aleksania could sell Tirnreich 12 used F-4E Phantoms for $200,000 (US; Original cost $2.5 Million). Also, The Aleksanian government could also negiotiate with AAI for some F-20s for only $18 million (vs. $21 mil. origional). Also, Aleksania could sell you 100 surpluse M-14s for $50 each. Also, Aleksania has 20 surpluse BTR-152s for only $5,000 each. All this in exchange for Tirnreich allowing Aleksania to opperate out of one of their airbases for 5 years

The Trinreich's defense budget is about TG 5million. ($4.5million)
We agreee to purchase 12 F-4e Phantoms, 20 BTR-152s, and 100 M-14's for a total of $2,505,000.

The only problem is that the Tirnreich's Air Corps operates out of the Imperial Hekli Airfield, the only airport in the Tirnreich. But I can talk to the mayor of Hekli and try to get a private landing strip cleared for construction, exclusively for use by the Aleksanian Air Force.

Now if I may make a condition:

The Imperial Air Corps is not yet a powerfull enough force to patrol the skies over the Tirnreich. If Aleksania takes the deal, the Emperor requests that the Aleksanian Air Force trains the IAC and protects the airspace of the Tirnreich until the IAC is fully operational.

yes, Aleksania will gladly train Tirnreich aircrews at Imperial Hekli Airfield, and will also opperate the 2nd Fighter Squadron out of Hekli Airfield, and then the airstrip when and if it is ready until the IAC is up and running. The Fighter Squadron should arrive on Dec. 28th

Very good! Emperor von Nacht has cleared the air strip for construction. It should be ready for occupancy by January 3rd. (The strip was set aside for policiticians, but it was no longer needed)

We will also provide barracks and security in a nearby facility.

The Imperial Defense Force would like to take deliviery of the said products by New Years Day, if that's possible

The 2nd Fighter Squadron has arrived in Hekli, and we have given them accomodations. The Airstrip is to be completed approximately two days earlier than scheduled.

Also, the arms and vehicles have arrived as well, all intact and usable.

Although Rafforsia have excellent military equipments and vehicles, it will not be selling any of these items to any nations for Top Secret reasons.

However, with special arrangements and amendments, Tirnreich may be included under the Donaxeration of Fornax Protection Policy, in which any nation under this protection policy will be protected by military forces without any conditions.

The actual airstrip used by the TAC, and now services the Aleksanian 2nd Fighter Squadron.

The Republic of Arcacia is neutral in war. We may declare in-principle support, but we will not get involved with military conflicts.

Defence of Arcacia is achieved by the Coat Guard, Police and, if worst comes to worst, the Providence Accord, in which several nations have pledged military support in the event Arcacia is attacked.

Costa Rica has no military to. Also, because of the tense relations with Japan at the moment, Aleksania could sent it's carrier to help protect Arcacia

Alek - Thanks very much for your offer of support, but I seriously doubt it will escalate. That being said, if an Aleksanian carrier was to enter Arcacian waters, it could expect a very warm welcome. It would be able to dock at the seaport in Broadalbin if your men wanted shore leave.
