Situated in the NorthWest of Republik Stadt, the future AIN DoT HQ is going to shine like an emerald gem among the lush green flora of rural Republik Stadt.

This building is only the temporary site, as more land may come available in Nachtsburg, the capital of the Tirnreich. Nevertheless, this building has been custom-built for the DoT, and will house the Deutsches-Tirnlander Staat Dept. of Transportation. (a subdivision of the Ministry of Transp.)

Amenities include access to roads, street rail (StrassBahn/GLR), easy access to both downtown Republik Stadt and Nachtsburg by way of the StrassBahn and Zentrumstrasse, and also easy access to the Republik Fährehafen.

lol, tons of people are changing their HQ bids.

How well is the mass transit there? It would be ironic if the Transportation HQ only had a measly road leading to it.
