We have information of two terrorist attacks in Hiigara. Emperor of Kushan - Stronghold Empire Nicolas Segesmund II and his son Alexander Segesmund was killed today in a suicide attack. A group of five people had attacked the Car in which the emperor and his son was going to the royal palace near Vansa. The other attack was made in the Kremlin Complex near the Cathedral in which Empress Alana was whit her Daughter and Son. 23 People wore killed, 17 Hiigarans and other are still unknown probably citizens of AOIN Nations.

The attack was made by unknown group all forces are now trying to find any leads to the killing of the emperor in the holy week. Right now the question is who will take control of the Empire. Sajuuk Khar the religious and military leader of Hiigarans has supported Alana as the next Leader of Kushans. This is the first time as it seems the Empire will be under the control of a "non-hiigaran blood". If this happens Alana will need to pass 4 Religious ceremonies to become the ruler of Kushan. Or will Alana only become a full leader until her son Feodos becomes 16? (He is right now 9 years old)

This is a great blow to the Kushan Monarchy the oldest in Hiigara, now the control is taken by the Council of the wise. Now the question will be will Alana become the ruler of the Hiigarans of Kushan-Stronghold Empire? And for the killing of the emperor all who wore in any way in part must be executed. Today the Senate of Kushan Empire will decide will Alana be the Emperor of the Empires. The main concern is the end of the pure blood as many more conservative heads of party say - "Segesmund II was the chosen of Sajuuk, he was given this right by the god, how can we give a right to a non-hiigaran?"

The more liberal say that Alana was already in some part a leader of the country of Kushan, she was head of Stronghold Empire whit capital in Czargrad. So the only demand that is made is that Alana become a full kran'et follower, the child of Sajuuk, Rogi and Al-jar. An investigation by Arcacian Police has found that the alleged Arcacian citizen was in fact originally from Hiigara. He entered Arcacia on a P246 Student Visa in 2003 and studied a Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Providence in Broadalbin.

He obtained Arcacian citizenship upon completion of the degree, but chose to keep his Hiigaran citizenship as well.

The Arcacian government has now rescinded his Arcacian citizenship and his passport has been revoked. The University of Providence has also rescinded his degree.

He is forbidden from returning to the Republic of Arcacia under any circumstances and will be immediately arrested and detained if he attempts to do so.

Tighter controls will now be placed on Hiigaran and Escambian students attempting to obtain citizenship and the conditions of the P246 are scheduled for Senatorial review.

Upon understanding that two Fornaxian were involved with these terrorist attacks as part of a major terrorist organization, the Donaxeration of Fornax is deeply shocked and sadden that these two, and possibly more, Fornaxians are part of a terrorist organization. This is the first time in recent history that a Fornaxian is involved in a terrorist attack.

As the Donaxeration of Fornax is deeply against terrorism, any acts of terrorism will be punishable by public shame for 168 hours, followed by a death sentence via lethal injection in front of the offender's family of all grandparents, parents, siblings, childrens and grandchildrens, as long they are above the age of 10.

The Donaxeration of Fornax request the identity of the two Fornaxian Terrorist in order to provide the relevant authorities informations of these two Fornaxian for further investigations.

The Government of Aleksania is offering a $50,000 (US) reward for the capture of the terrorist head.

Meanwhile in Hypertrophy, Authorities found a cell two locations of the kingdom . In Counterdome, HK, the Royal Police raided a sleeper cell of 10 terrorist. They were detained and remanded for arraignment. Among the 10, 6 of therm were of Fornaxian descent. two were from the Hypertrophy Kingdom, and two more were from Hiigara.

In the vineyards of Morrigan County, there were reports of suspicious activity. The Royal Police of Hypertrophy received an annonymous tip that men were coming and going at the odd hours of the night. When the Royal Police raided the Vineyard, they found 35 men were sleeping there plotting to blow up the City of Hypertrophy and adding more plots to blow up cities in Hiigara, Escambia, and Fornax Republic. A battle ensued between the terrorists and the authorities. Two of the agents were hit and treated for gunshot injuires. A total of 7 terrorists were killed by authorities, when they refused to surrender. The remainder 28 surrenderd to the Royal Police and taken into custody for further questioning and processing.

Arcacian Police have arrested the Sajuuk-Khar in a raid on a house in Redding City. Documents found there have led to the arrest of 9 other Hiigarans who had entered the country illegally, using forged New Zealand passports. The had entered by crossing the border from Australia.

Police have completed an investigation and concluded there are no more accomplices on Arcacian territory. No explosives were found and it has been determined that an attack was not planned, but the 10 terrorists were using Arcacia as a hiding place in an attempt to flee justice in Hiigara.

The 10 are now being held in Redding City Gaol and will appear before the High Court in Providence tonight.

A formal extradition order is required from Hiigara. Once we get this, they will be deported.

All other Higarans in Arcacia have been accounted for and determined legitimate tourists, students or workers.

Why anyone would choose to hide-out in a country of 200,000 is beyond me. Arcacia is one of those countries where everyone knows someone who knows someone, and everyone is basically either related, friends or a friend of a friend. Ten suspicious newcomers were not hard to find.

When questioned, the 10 men said they chose Arcacia because we support freedom and human rights and they claimed that is what they were fighting for. It was quickly pointed out that Arcacia does not support terrorism and does not engage in military conflicts.

Another three men were arrested in Sydney, Australia and are being held in Long Bay Gaol. Hiigara will need to contact the Australian authorities to arrange extradition of these men.

In recent development within Universal Fornax, the authorities have captured terrorist cells within West Borneo and Santegro (a country of Fornax).

West Borneo: 1 West Bornian, 5 SimIndonesian, 3 SimMalaysian and 1 SimFilipino have been arrested in Kuching of the State of Sarawak. According to investigations, the authorities have discovered plans of causing destruction to West Bornian's capital Miri, Kuching and the Sabah city of Kota Kinabalu. Also, there were plans to hijack either a ferry and slam into Raffore City or hijack a plane and crash onto Rafforsia Tourist City Airport's terminal. Explosives were also confiscated.

Santegro: 3 Santegrians were arrested on suspection of terrorist activities involvement. Currently, the plans of hijacking several Arcadia, Aegis and Marathon and crash them onto Piston No. 5, Octagon No. 1, Vansa, Hypertrophy City, Raffore City and Rajavick. Also, a plan to steal several radioactive waste for terrorist activities.
