You can submit more than one.

You MUST provide links to YouTube vids to me well ahead of time, preferably a whole show like Aran has done.

There will be only ONE performer per venue per night, so bookings are essential. For a booking to be made, you MUST provide YouTube links, and state the venue you would like to book.
