Hiigaran Confederacy and Ascadylea has signed an agreement in which HUC will be helping its allies to creat an army. We will here tell what will support will be given to Ascadylea.

1) Many Military Universities will soon open there doors for Ascadylea to train. We have information that University in Sankt Amursk will even open Dorms for only Ascadylean Students. Already Officers, which work with training, have came to Asc. to train the new officer command of the country. Right now more information is still closed. Sankt Amursk and Konfederatisk will soon meet the first Military Students.

2) Military and Cargo Ships have left for Nova Olympya. There wore 2 Cargo Ships and 2 Cruiser Ships for defence. Hiigara will be selling to Ascadylea, as we got information, S-400 (SAM) and 9K79. There is no much information was found. The last Cargo ship will leave in one day from Sankt Amursk.

3) Hiigara will construct military bases around Ascadylea. They will be given to the Asc. side after construction, exept one military base which will be under Konfederatisk Command. The Hiigaran Base main goal will be to defend Asc. and to preper the Military Personal of other bases. The bases will be made for defence of Asc. against any treats in the future.

4) Hiigaran Military has promised to construct military ships for the Asc. There is not many information still, only information came that the ships will be constructed in Czargrad, Sankt Amursk and Tmurka. And only one name of the ship was given "Undefeatable Queen".

Hiigara has promised to protect the Ascadylean side as friends. Sajuuk-Khar and Military Command of Hiigaran Confederacy will soon meet the Queen of Ascadylea.

Serangan. Community of Hiigarans called "Ersov" was attacked by radical Karasem citizens. There goal was to attack citizens and kill if possible citizens of Hiigara. 5 Hiigarans and 2 Security guard reported injured. Most of the community has already left there homes and returned to Hiigara, today the second plane from Karasem with citizens of Ersov returns. There was information of Hiigaran Citizen, killing two attackers of his home. We are still checking that information.

Ersov was founded as a community for middle-high and rich people to buy properties in Karasem. The community was founded six years ago with support of the Karasem Government. There was a temple build and all needed for Hiigaran Citizens. Now the temple was burned by radicals and many companies and homes have been abandoned. Some citizens are still prepered to defend. Hiigaran Government will be starting on voting on this matter soon.

Hiigaran Radical Parties which attacked Karasem Center in Pizen, have made a footage of them attacking Karasems living in small communities in Albion and Titanovo. There are two radical clans which Government does not support and closed, now went undergroud to defend the Hiigaran Lands. Right now the police is trying to find the leaders of this clans to end them.

In three days Hiigarans and Ascadyleans will have military training for the first time together. The Bases in Asc., have been almost finished and already many officers have started training the Asc. new officer and new army. This will be the first time that this training take outside Hiigara. Today we take a look at the troubled state of Oksania. The nations Monarchy is ended, as there are no continuers of the the royal family. Right now a "Provisional Government" was created. The country still is named a monarchy, but already there is a time of the renaming country Republic. General Antoli Sergevski said that he is thinking that the military in the country can over take the government. The royalist military is now the greatest worries to the new government in already sanctioned and closed country.

As the Cattalan Embassy still being opened and not closed in Konfederatisk, the Cattalan still keep the embassy closed of Hiigara and now closed there embassy. "We don't really understand the Cattalans right now, the conflict has ended. We have not closed the embassy of Cattala in Hiigara, nor any organizations under Cattala. No Cattalan Citizen is made to leave there home, as we heard of incodents of attacks against Kran'et in that country. As it seems companies and people will need to leave. The conflict has ended, its interesting to hear words and spiting after the fight has end." Konfederatisk Cattalan Embassy is now closing, many citizens of Cattala in Hiigara will be helped if needed by Hiigaran Governments all over the Confederacy.

Actually the embassy is closing due to budget cuts - we already have the AIN Embassy in Hiigara. Other embassies are closing due to political clashes in those nations, and that we disagree with them over this.

And there have been no attacks on Kran'ets in Cattala.

We hope that the Hiigaran Embassy in Cattala will be open again, for easier work between the nations to restore the relationship to neutral or good.

There is still an embassy in Hiigara, it's the AIN Embassy to the Alliance of Independent Nations. Therefore, the embassy in Hiigara has only closed because fiscally, it made no sense to have two embassies in one nation.

There is also the possibility of a consulate opening to replace the embassy.

I would ask how is Karasem's embassy in Hiigara. Is it still secure?

Right now the main question in Hiigara for tourists, is Karasem safe? "The nation has seen many attacks on citizens of our nation and now we are worried about the security" - Said Torsk, worker of "Karasem Way". Security is at low, as the country is still one of the growing countries in AIN. Already 14% of Tourists have taken there tickets back.

Confederacy Capital has now a new craze, Sushi made from unusual products. The Bar "Tokyo" has been prepering different Sushi and Rolls from different animals. A new tourist attraction in Hiigara, the Octa Island soon to be posted in Hiigaran Journal.

Today in 21-00, Konfederatisk Time, Sajuuk-Khar (High Priest of Kran'et) was attacked near his home in holy city of Nija. There was a small explotion planned near his home, right now Sajuuk-Khar is in Military Hospital of Riskovski. Nine citizens, mainly chrisitian wore caught and right now are in the police. There was information that there wore citizens from AIN, no information still on who are they.

This attack created a great shock in the public all around Hiigara. We have seen many people going to temples all around the country and praying for life of Sajuuk-Khar. Many radical sects have called for war against those that commited this crimes. The Konfederatisk Senate and Council gathered today to question this attacks. The main question, who commited this crime.

Does that attack relate to recent Karasem-Hiigaran conflict?

1)Hijarian United Military training near Kartoba, Acirifia.(1
Hijarian United Military of all major states in Confederacy have started military training in state of Acirifia. The military kept the event a secret from all News companies. Only today General of Confederacy Army did comment on this, saying trainings are for only protections and do not have anything to do with Cattala. Also he has called that if there any fears from Cattalian Side, then the Military and Government of Confederacy is ready to invite the Cattala side.

Last year Kartoba, was the main base in conflict with Cattala. The trainings will include Sea, Land and Sea/Land trainings. First there will be a mission to protect from an invading force, after which the fleet will destroy the enemy fleet and it self will start the invasion. This is a first in three years united drill betwen the states of Hiigara. The largest military forces came from Kushan Stronghold Empire, Everon United States and Albion Republics. Other states, even the small state of Genosha, have to included there military personal in training.

Many have already called this a small Cold War between Cattala and Hiigara. As relationship have not returned to normality after the conflict. The trainings will end in two days, with a parade in Kartoba City.
