Changes to the City Journals

To give the CJ sections a more unique look to AIN, each country will have their own sub-forum under City Journals, so that they can posts anything and everything that pertains to their country such as events, news, and of course, their CJ.

Also, please reply below telling me what you would like for your summary under country your heading.

Kalnobia has very few imperial holdings, but it is not an Imperial country. The imperial holdings are either Baltic islands or Conflicted areas, although I see where you would think that

I have some changes to "Donaxeration of Fornax" section.

Slogan: Add in "Many Countries in One United Donaxeration"

Merge: Please merge Borneo, Lanna and Rafforsia into one subsection called "Fornax Earth Colonies".

Borneo: Rename "Borneo, Federal Republic of the Donaxeration of Fornax Earth Country" to "Borneo" with the slogan "The Island of Nature".

Rafforsia: "Rafforsia, People's Republic of the Donaxeration of Fornax Earth Country" to "Rafforsia" with a new slogan "The Asian Cosmopolitan Country".

Lanna: Welcoming a new Fornax Earth Colony, please add a new subsection "Lanna" with the slogan "The Country of Million Rice Fields".
