could you change aleksania's sub-heading to: "Simply, Fantastic."

There are a few things I would like to change for my subforum. First, could you change the name to the United Republic of Illu'a? I'm not sure what to write for the subheading, but I'll think of one sometime.

Also, This is a 50 pixel version of the flag.

Also, could you change "Lycanthia" to "Lycanth Republic" since we are using longform names in the city journals. Can you please add the following subheading:

"Marseilles du Pacifique!" which I'm almost certain means "the Marseilles of the Pacific"
