For some reason here in Ireland they have traditional 3-light traffic lights, but the orange light barely ever comes on? I can't work out t' system, but it goes red-green a lot, which confuses my mum, since she's used to orange.

Orange means DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE or GIVE UP LOSER, YOU'LL NEVER MAKE IT.

no I haven't I've chosen to stay out of union life for the most part (making rules for the union and the politics that go with it) but I enjoy talking with you guys here so I still post here even though that I choose not to take part in the politics side of the union.

Well, I don't know how it's like. Maybe the standards are higher than 5-star hotels?
Maybe it's just a marketing advertisement.

There are an endless number of stars an establishment can receive (there are a small handful that are in the 7-8 star range) but anything above 5 stars is just obscene in terms of price and service required to receive that rating... but it is possible
