I mean the cities should be functional - they should actually work, rather than just look nice. There should be realism and eye candy, not one or the other.
Functions is basically a city that works, which is similar to realism. Smile

Well, my cities are not functional - I never play them until the point where i take screenshots (for the automata to appear). Although I try to make them functional in a city sense (not a SC4 sense) with relaisitc public transport, road networks (no triple avenues etc.) and realistic development.

Everone has different styles and every reader of a CJ has different tastes - everyone can't be pleased.

I agree with you Neil, but for my cities, I never stop after taking a screenshot because I always have something to upgrade Smile
