Well it shouldn't be completely isolated, as then it would have little contact with other nations and in role-playing.
But it shouldn't be somewhere over-run with AIN nations - such as the South-East Asia area.
So somewhere like the Pacific, near where Lydosia used to be, or the eastern Indian Ocean, near Australian-AIN nations or countries like Fornax? But not too close.

Near ERC?

Well, if you wish to have more interaction with other AIN members near your country within the South East Asian (SEA) region, I would recommend Indian Ocean Indonesia (near East Rockcoast) or near Papua New Guinea (near Fornax and the other 5 Caroline Community Countries, border issue may be a problem though).

Still tight? Perhaps in the South China Sea, where there are plenty of space to interact with SEA-AIN nations. Just don't get in the way of the Spralty Islands.
