Great to see graphs and stats! And I love the presentation that you put out! The only problem I see is in this picture:

The picture on the left, there's a couple of realism issues along with some vanilla CJ syndrome, but other than that, everything looks great!

Thanks Peter - getting commercial midrise that grows instead of the traditional Euro styles is very hard. I'm testing out Maxis blockers atm, and I've started plopping more, rather than growing, and this is where I've got to now:
