Tirnland International Airport Development
4/26
Recently, the majority of my time in SC4 has been spent developing a small city tile, for the use of the first International Tirnlander airport. So far, I have created a few terminals and a pretty neat parking center. Here are the bird's eye views of the airport so far.
Pretty much all I have left to do on the actual airport is fill in some taxiways-to-landing strip, fill in some new gates, and get rid of those lights and make the larger terminal strips longer
So... thoughts? comments? concerns?

I like how you placed the parking. I'm thinking that that airport is going to need better transit than a two lane road in the future.

definitly haha. I just put that there so the terminals don't freak out on me. I'm planning on a ring type road (avenue) kinda like O'Hare, and including some El Rail, Subway, and elevated roadways

Now that you mentioned O'Hare, I see the cross runways.
4 parallel runways in RL are numbered differently than what you have. I'll use LAX as an example.
The LAX runways are parallel, but they are numbered 6L, 6R, 7L, and 7R coming from the west. If you check your menus, there should be 26 and 28 designations.

yeah. But it said it was for magnetic Azimuth, and then it gave a cardinal direction. I guess it doesn't matter

haha I can assure you that the spacing is at the requirements. The majority of air traffic to Tirnreich is business jet and A320/Boeing 737 size aircraft. Only large regional airlines, such as Lufthansa, British Airways, and AIN companies will have designated gates.

The energy towers in the middle of two runways! That is a problem because of aeroplanes wings!
