Deputy Minister

If this proposal is approved, a deputy minister will be made for all departments to temporary take over the duties of the incumbent if for any reason the current head are unable to fullfill their duties. However, this does not mean that the incumbent department head will lose their title, this will only mean that the deputy minister will temporary take place of the department head for as long as they are unable to fullfill their job duties.

I think almost immediately would be best due to the nature of important Department activities being left untouched for weeks now.

I think the Deputy Minister Elections (only deputy ministers, not main ministers) could happen in June.
