First, you can not put Cattala near Fairview because it is Fairview Sea Restricted Area, but you can put it near Azores!
Why don't you put Cattala in Mediterranean Sea? It is a amazing place to an island and to tourists!

Thomas, is the Kingdom an AIN member because I can't see it in admissions desk.
Or is it a dependency?

As I've mentioned before, the Royal and Holy Kingdom is still a work in progress and updates will be mentioned here. At the moment I have no plans to have it join the AIN, although I am testing the waters here to see whether people would like it to join, which would result in Ollingdale becoming less prominent.
I will have a look to see where Fairview is to see whether Cattala infringes on it's waters.

Could you provide me with a map of Fairview territorial waters? From the AIN Map, it doesn't look like any of the possible Cattalian locations will infringe on your restricted area.

Here are the first images of Calora, which is a residential-based town and the capital city Celeste. Neither area is complete, and especially the capital area, since all that is ready is the part of the Government area that you can see now.
