Second Aleksania – KSR War Ends!

At 16:30 (EST) on June 3, 2010, the Kadrian Socialist Republic agreed to unconditional surrender. Hostilities will end at 17:00 (EST) today. This will mark the end of the worst war in Aleksanian history since World War II. The formal surrender will take place on the RAS Aleksania in Petrovgrad Bay (a small solute to the end of WWII) on June 5. After 60 years, Aleksania will be reunited. The final death toll is:

Aleksania – 40,843 (37,800 military, 3,043 civilian)
Former KSR – 78,932 (77,911 military, 1,021 civilian)
Other Nations – 2,104 (103 military, 2,001 civilian)
