In Fairview we only count the unemployment with people who have been at least 3 months without work! How you all know Fairview have no unemployment because we have about more 431,895 jobs to offer! This was a result of Government Laws of Work! So that is true!

Miguel, according to your application, Fairview faced a financial crisis from Mid. 09 to Apr. 10. During this period, people will become jobless, and it is possible to be jobless for more than 3 months due to the companies hiring less workers/employees.

Also, there are some graduates that are considered at an working age range who could not find a job for more than three months, either they are waiting for a good job or their resume isn't good enough.

And when you said "more 431,895 jobs to offer", what do you mean? Is it that the country have a total of 431,895 jobs? Or the country have an opening of 431,895 jobs?

If it's the first, with a population of over 1 million, then 50%+ of the people will be unemployed.

If it's the second, Fairview is in a danger of lack of human resources, resulting in a possible lack of supply to meet the demand.

If it's neither of the two, then could you explain more on the Government Laws of Work?
