If you wish to improve relations with Cattala, you may follow these diplomatic steps:

~ Open an Embassy in Cattala
~ Request a Royal/Political Visit to your nation
~ Apply for a Trade Release Agreement (TRA), that will allow 0% trade taxes between Cattala and your nation. Rhodes currently operates a TRA with Cattala.

The weather in Lower Columbia is most pleasant in late summer and early autumn, as this is when the least rain falls in the country. The coastal regions generally have daytime high temperatures around 10°C during the winter, so Her Royal and Holy Majesty could also visit in the wintertime, although this tends to be the rainiest time of year.

Prince Julius Vaas visits Cattala

The Prince of Rhodes began his short tour of the Holy Regno today, with a visit to the home of the Royal and Holy Majesty in Calora. It is the first visit of the Prince to Cattala since both nations joined the Alliance of Independent Nations. Prince Julius also met with Lord Celestine, and discussed currencies and solar energy deals between the two royal islands.
Queen Alexandra's husband is the elder brother of Prince Julius, and the pair enjoyed some hunting in the plains of Seina, before his return flight to Rhodes.
