One of the things that is sticking out to me are the sudden drops from skyscraper to plaza. I would suggest placing midrises there.

Okay, after what is perhaps the longest application thread in AIN history, I have redone the checklist. It wasn't done since page 1. Whacky, you just scrape in. All the minimum requirements have been completed, as have 5 of the supplementary ones. This application is now open for voting.

I have no doubt that Linktoria will continue to improve.

A minimum of ten in-game pictures of your nation
A unique and realistic flag of your nation
A unique and realistic coat of arms for your nation
A map of your nation's location that does not overlap with an existing AIN
nation and is realistic to your CJ style
A type of government that again matches your CJ style
A realistic size and population of your nation
No in-game UI
A reasonable ratio of custom content to maxis provided content (50/50 minimum), as that there is little repetition and a constant style of architecture
A detailed and realistic context (history) for your nation
The Network Addon Mod (NAM)

Custom terrain mod
Previous, positive and active contribution to the AIN
Attention to detail
A custom water mod
A decent amount of realism (no airports ending with a mountain or skyscrapers in the middle of a small town) (Skyscraper on a mountain?)
Regular updates and commitment to an external city journal (on either Simtropolis, SC4Devotion, SimPeg or Simsports, links required)
Active participation in a previous union (links required)
Have hosted a community event (must have been on a previous union or a site such as Simtropolis, SC4Devotion or Simsports, links required)

Sorry to vote no, but I don't think the Maxis-CC ratio is high enough.

Also, I still find the large amount of open space in Downtown unrealistic.

I voted no, reason is that I still find too much Maxis buildings in your CJ. Also, your downtown is too empty in my opinion. Download more skyscrapers and fill up those gaps in your downtown.

But still, you definitely have improve a lot since your first post. Keep up the good work.

Well if i remember that we need around 7 or 8 and well i voted yes, sorry for telling all, but well i hope that this that yes is for changes. I remember when my journal when i first created cofr, it was well not great. Soooo i hope that this yes, is that you see and well make the perfect that your region that you dreamed of and that you see what you want. And well hope that this yes is for well a fun community and well for a new great member.
