In all, I say it's a good application. However, I don't think any socialist republic looks that clean.

This is truly amazing! A complete turnaround! At least compared to the forst time.

But... Why is a socialist state so prosperous (skyscrapers etc), unless its a social democracy (like Singapore)

It looks a million times better than the last application, and you've clearly put in a lot of effort.
However, it seems very, very American for a socialist state, and doesn't seem at all realistic for the style of country that it is. I would be expecting some wealthy areas, but the entire country looks at least reasonably wealthy.

I'm also a bit concerned about the other three islands around Galbadia. Could you elaborate as to what they are, and whether they're applying to join alongside Galbadia?

Once this was said, there is no problem with the prosperity. And here's my opinion: Who told you a socialist state needs to be at least a bit underdeveloped? Or that it has to look Russian just because it is socialist?
It acctually can look that way, as the country IS located at the American Continent, and although it is socialist now, it IS an western country, and there was a previous capitalist government before the socialism was instored. The developed suburbs of Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay (PS: I am, as some of you know, Brazilian and I saw it in colors with my eyes...)acctually reminds us of the American ones. Of course, it would look a lot better if it was a bit different from the American style, but this should come up only when applying for FullMember...

This guy can make reskins, and some military models that could have been used on the Escambia vs Liseux War (Really guys, a nice work, I saw some incredile pic of 3D models with the Galbadian symbols and all. Also could be used on AINNEXT...), has shown a beautiful work with his cities( a great ability to improve his cities btw ), and now just came up with a surprising work. I think we can make this less American, but not because it is a socialist state, just for realism and for a better look (No offense to USA! ).
As for a Jr.Membership, I think the American look should not count on. If he gets in, we'll have how to help him, and he will have ideas of how to make that looks more unique himself.

He brought us the vision of a working socialist state. That is how it would look like, if the system worked on the past. It does not hurt any of the socialist statements. The socialism does not say the cities have to look ugly, nor the country cannot develop, nor the country has to have nuclear weapons, nor the country has to be underdeveloped, or look Russian/Eastern European. In other words, he isn't going against the socialism and it can be considered realistic, although with a bit too much American look.

If I could vote, I'd say yes.

Nope, Junior members can vote in other Jr applications. They just can't vote in Full Membership applications.

Thank Spy , as you said a socialist country does not need to be underdeveloped, for example: one of the countries that most increases in the world is China, which has been outpacing large capitalist economies like Japan, France, germany etc..

that looks really good! but if your country is subtropical, i would suggest a different terrain mod and tree controllers.. Yours looks more like a Pacific Northwest type of terrain with all of the pine trees and such.

the island of Volna and the islands galleão are overseas territories of Galbadia, which are addressed in the future, since the republic of oren is one of the country that I use in my CJ.

All those pics are from the Brazilian subtropical/temperate (I think he meant Galbadia is in the temperate zone) zone. Which is west of Galbadia. No way of Yuacatan trees there, it even snows during some days on winter...come on... the trees are accurate enought as well as the terrain...:roll:
