Re: LOCKED | Bidding Committees
Department of Administration
I, Nate Saathoff, President of the Department of Administration find the law passed unlawfully according to the AIN Constitution. I find this law declared NOT passed until further investigation from the Department of Administration.
According to the AIN Constitution this law would be a "Level 3: Order"
Because it would change the AIN Constitutional law on voting for bids and selecting a host.
Under this. The following voting options should be available: "Yes, No, Abstain, and Veto". Abstain and Veto were not listed above as options in this vote. Making it not a valid voting poll.
Also under the AIN Consitution is clearly states that the law in a Level 3: Order must pass with no, "No votes, or Vetos" This voting poll though illegal had 5 no's deeming it. NOT PASSED.
So in conclusion this law is NOT PASSED as of Sunday, September 26th, 2010. Investigation is now underway

Why didn't you address this earlier? Why wasn't it brought to my attention when it was first proposed?

Re: LOCKED | Bidding Committees
Because the problem was in the polls, not the proposition.

Re: LOCKED | Bidding Committees
How was it decided that this was a "Level 3"? Looking at the constitution, I can't see how it qualifies.

Re: LOCKED | Bidding Committees
because it changes how things are voted on, which makes it a major change, not just a minor change in the forums. So therefore it would either have to be level 3.
