I'm going to work on a Coat o' Arms.

For my transportation, well, pretty much everything is being built at once. Its pretty much Dubai on a country-wide scale. Highways Airports and ports are all being built at the moment.
As for the capitol, Gansbaai works in a different way. Each of the Kingdoms (or States;look at the map on the first page) Has Its own miniature goverment. Which meets at a goverment building, built in each of the kingdoms capitols. Ex: The kingdom of Nouadhibou's capitol... is Nouadhibou. It works this way because any of the Kingdoms in Gansbaai is allowed to secede from Gansbaai whenever, and for whatever reason they choose, and not making the problem of the Capitol city not focusing on other kingdoms needs.

Okay - well you'll just need to mention that when you apply for Full Membership. I couldn't find any faults with your pictures, so I had to pick on tiny things.

As is we weren't going to pass this.
