Nogovicka AOIN Headquarters Bid

The proud city of Nogovicka, Nogovo Oblast, Albion Republic will bid for the HQ of AOIN. Historically this city lived trow many hardships. Wars, Exodus, Destructions... but the city survived and its people grew stronger and whit every horror came new city which we can see today - Nogovicka. It survived and grew, its people getting richer and its architecture getting richer. Whit every invasion came new ideas, new life and new hope, hope for a better future.

Nogovicka is capital of Nogovo Oblast, located in Albion Republic. Located near the Black Sea on a river, this city became the center of trade and the third largest city of Albion. The city population is mostly Slavic Hiigaran, but there are small communities of Petrovans, Jewish and Russians. Nogovicka Historical Area (Districts build antil 1950) is Protected by the Government as the Historical Landrmak.The city has entrance to the city although major navy and fisherman companies wore moved to Town of Gorki, located outside the city main area. The city has access to the Airports of Pizen and of Morskaja Gora, from Pizen International Airport you will get by Bullet train in 2-30 hour, from Morsakaja Gora International Airport in 60 minutes. The central Nogovickan Rail Station is the largest in South Albion. There are many hotels that can be bought by the Hiigaran Government and given for the AOIN government, although there are many homes that wore resantly rebuild and can be given to the AOIN for the personal that will be living in Nogovicka, if chosen as the HQ. I will show the homes below.


This are typical Hiigaran Albion Homes build in the 1912-1918 around the city for middle and high classes. This district was only restored after it was totally destroyed in 1951. This are compact homes for families and for single people. The homes are located in the Voroshi Forest Park which is a great place for quiet and for peaceful walks. Here many can find there homes when they will be working. The small Palace of Egorskov, will be a school for this district. If chosen this can be made a school for living in Nogovicka. The district is located near the Eastern Nogovicka Center and Shabolov Tower. The Eastern Nogovicka Panorama is down below. The district is located in the forest area in higher.


The district is safe and is located in the peaceful district and is not far from the Palace of Batogiche, build in 1862 for a Rich and Powerful man that made the city as it is now. Right now it was only restored and it was propose by the Nogovicka Duma to be the Palace of AOIN or well HQ. The building is in Classical Albionical Style and is located around the forest and near the sea. Traffic in this region is light as its a civilian district. The palace is shown down below -


This is a major palace one of largest and it is only restored so perfect to be used as the main HQ of AOIN. The location is in Historical Part of the city and in one of the best places not far but not to close to the busy center so there will be no problem whit traffic in this district. The city will be happy to be the HQ of AOIN.

The city is historical capital of Albion and the best show of Culture and Peace that Hiigara is. The city is a place is a unique, no other city has the same feel and is a perfect place being located near all the main roads, ports and airports but keeping it clean. The city will be proud if chosen the HQ. Hiigara is ready to take a bigger role in AOIN then it was, we hope that will make AOIN closer to us and AOIN stronger. This can be the turning point for the Hiigarans and maybe even for all of AOIN. So Nogovicka is ready and have all what its needed to be the HQ of AOIN.

Palace of Batogiche is the symbol of richness of Nogovicka and of high style society living in it. The construction begun in 1862 and ended in 1867. The palace was build for Princes Rogmir, a strong and charismatic person that in 1861 became governor of Nogovo Oblast and started rebuilding the capital of the region - Nogovicka. The old walls wore taken down, the city streets wore made larger, old medieval districts wore destroyed and new Albion style has taken over the city. The city grew and became what we can see now. But Rogmir never seen his palace, he was killed by Bandits going to the Duma in Pizen. The palace was used as a Museum from that time.

The palace it self is divided in two parts. Two Homes for Rogmir and his wife Helena Batogiche. It was believed that there relationships wore so bad that even the connection between the Palace was closed so no one could pass freely from one part to another. But this created a great way for this palace to be HQ of AOIN. Classical Architecture of it and 3 main halls - Wife's Hall, Husband Hall and Dinning Imperial Hall. There are around 765 rooms and totally restored after it destruction whit all. The Palace is second biggest after the Pizen Palace in Albion.

The Palace was the Albion Palace of Arts until 1951, when the war between USSR and Albion Republic broke out. The city was made the capital and many public buildings wore closed or taken by the Soviet Albion Government. The Palace was robed and set on flame, destroying the Wifes Part of the Palace. When the Nogovickan Revolt begun the city center was almost totally destroyed and the palace was used as a garrison building for the Red Albion Government, the Palace was destroyed after the Reds begun there retreat to the other side of the river. The Palace lay in ruins for a long time, plans for rebuilding wore long, but soon the Government of Hiigaran Confederacy supported the rebuilding of Nogovicka and the Palace.

Founded by Kniaz Igor on river of Gnilka it was a fort until 12 century when trade on the river became the path from Pizen to Constantinople. The city was a fortress for a long time whit two walls protecting many parts of the city. Many comers to the city in 12 century named it a city in city. The city grew to a rich trader town. The city was invaded and burned down by the Mongolian Armies and after that was under 150 years under control from Kiev. The city gained it liberty in 14 centery. But soon it was again invaded by the Turks, only to be again freed by the Hiigaran Slavic Army. The city became the central fort again the armies from the east and west protecting Pizen and the River entrence. In the reconstruction of the city begun and the city became the second capital for the Albion Kings. In times of the republic the city became the center of knowledge, science and culture.

The city entered the 20 century whit hopes of a great future, heavy industry and fast grow of the region broke more reaches to the city. The construction of Shabolov Tower made Nogovicka the center of Television and Communications in the region. Many artist came to the city for it free laws and a huge artist community. Tango became popular, the districts of Kamenkovka build there first skyscrapers and the feeling of new was in the city. But this created also a big communist party which called for unity whit USSR. The city was hit by huge fights in 1939-1941 when the Communist called for Albion to declare war on Nazi Germany, which never happened.

"Oh, but we will rise again" - Mayor Petiakov, before his execution by the Soviet Army. In 1945, Communist Party of Albion gathered in Moscow and the first plan on Hiigaran Countries uniting whit USSR wore made. 1949, the Hiigaran Community is shocked whit the declaration of war from USSR. The Region was quickly taken and the Soviet Party created Soviet Albion. Until 1951 the city was under soviet command. Until 1953 after the revolt the city was rebuildm although not many came back. In 1980 Nogovicka started a new growth, plans on constructing Nogovicka City wore made and the district soon became a new part and a new symbol of growth and of future for Albion and Nogovicka. Right now Nogovicka plans to go international and become the HQ of AOIN. Nogovicka returned to its glory. There are also plans on rebuilding the old conventions hall and restoring 3 more districts. So AOIN keep up whit Nogovicka!

Whit changing bid parameters Nogovicka will bid for Headquarters of AOIN. (General Assembly (Executive, Chamber of Intelligence [ or Department of Parliamentary Services(DPS)]), Department of Administrators, Election Centre). New photos of the locations for the AOIN offices will be shown.

Today was finally opened Nogovicka Convention Hall, for one night until it will be fully furnished the Convention Hall was given to the organizers of the Sensation White Hiigara 2010. There will be three main halls if Nogovicka is chosen as the HQ, in the Convention Hall of Sergey Prihov or AOIN Hall and the two in the AOIN Palace. Also in three days the AHUB building will be constructed (Ahub - AOIN-Hiigaran Unity Building), this building will be used as the Offices for the AOIN workers and will be third largest building after AvtoComp Corporation Building and Shabolov Tower.

Plans have gone on reconstructing the destroyed districts in the river. There wore two small islands which had homes, shops and offices. Journing the war the districts wore destroyed 100% and it was chosen to sink them under water. So they will be risen up again and rebuild in the near future. There wore plans on expanding the district of "Nogovicka City" it will be expanded in to the forest and the river banks will be risen to give more land for this districts. The reconstruction of all districts destroyed and homes that wore abandoned are still made.

Tonight around Nogovicka you can hear music, the nightclubs will be working antil 8 of the morning and many bars will be working 24 hours. We will try to show you the best shows happening right now, as the citizens of Nogovicka and tourist all around the world support the Nogovicka Bid.

Convention Hall of Sergey Prihov or AOIN Hall is right now holding the White Sensation Nogovicka 2010. Previously they wore held at the Nogovicka Republican Theater, but this year for the first time and the last they will be held in this hall. We can now hear DJ Tiesto playing lets take a look -
In Bar "Karl St. 1931" right now plays the concert of Bi-2 whit Night Snipers. Karl St. 1931, is the oldest bars still open in Nogovicka and it is famous for they concerts and there Albionic Beer. Bi-2 is famous in Hiigara, as they won the 1 Singasong and many songs are still popular around Albion and Slavic speaking Hiigarans.
And leaving the last bar, we come to the River of Gnilka and here is coming Concert of Zemfira and hear song "I hate you". The beaches around Nogovicka are one of the cleanest in the Black Sea region and here you can shorly fine quiet, only when there are no concerts.
A hot show is happening on top of AvtoComp Corporation Building. For the chosen few the music of famous singers is sung. Like right now there is the remix of Nelly Furtado.
On the streets of Borgusov and Balletnaja we can hear the Tango music, which is very popular all around the city. "Its the sound of beeting heart o Nogovicka, beuatifal strong and fast." - Says the owner of the bar Dmitry Egorski. Lets sit and watch.

As i promised more updates, here come a new one. Whit every day Nogovicka becomes richer and richer whit details, culture and life. The Glory of Nogovicka became in 1732 when the Albionic King Sorgotian II moved his residence to Nogovicka making it de-facto capital of Albion for 42 years. He was afraid of murder in Pizen, after two of his old brothers wore killed. He declared the Kremlin of Pizen not safe and left first to Teplicov and then to Nogovicka. He fell in love whit the this city and promised the city that it will become the capital of Albion, altought this never happened he was the only Albion King to rule not from Pizen. The city grew whit palaces, home of the aristocrasy, the Temples of 3 Faced Goddess and the Temple of Sajuuk near square of Dimitrus II, made Nogovicka a center of arts and trade. The expantion of Ports made Nogovicka a place where you can hear the Turkish, Russian, French and other languages, the ports wore only moved outside the city in 19 centuary after the trade between Nogovicka - Istanbul got on hold. In 18 centuary the city was a favorit place for the monarchs. There residence wore build all around the cities, each monarch bringing his own taste to the city. Right now there is reconstruction of "Arabic Palace" which was build by King Egorsky, which is build whit use of Arabic Architecture. The aristocracy of Nogovicka was rich and had a strong say in the Duma of the Albion Kingdom.

The City faced horrible wars and revolts in the start of 19 centuary. The revolt begun in Morskaja Gora, after King Artus IV raised the taxes and demanded a start of war whit the Stronghold Empire, after the Duma said no, he demanded it be freed from there duties. In 1802, the revolution begun and the collapse of the Rurovic Dynasty begun. The King was executed and his family send to Nogovicka to live in there estate and under demand of never leaving the cities borders. The First Albion Republic was declared. Many Aristocrats of Nogovicka joined the Revolutions and wore spered, but those that did not wore killed.

Napoleon Armies entered Nogovicka and faced no real resistence. Albion Republic for few more years became again a Kingdom under the rule of a French Leader Louis Paste. In the 1813 a strong revolt in Pizen declared the Second Albion Republic.

Nogovicka was governed by the Governor Anton Seremevki, a Albion-Titanovian Born, he was a citizen of Nogovicka from age of 5, coming from Titanovo City. He comanded the city from 1831 to 1861. He was one of the most importened Governors of Nogovicka. He is very famous in Hiigara for his Heroic stories about him attacking Turkish Armies in Malden Republic and about his love interests. Nogovicka for him, a dull place, he started moving the Port from Nogovicka to other cities, the walls around the city wore some destroyed some moved closer to the central districts. He commanded the construction of the Nogovickan New Duma, he demanded the expantion of the Opera Building and made Nogovicka a center of Opera Arts. He declared hunting around the city illegal and created special zones for it, after two people wore shot by the hunters by mistake. The city started changing again.

Lord Protector of the City. This Sculpture is seen from every point of the city and is Sajuuk Looking down the city of Nogovicka. The district whit a Marine is the Antigua District build in 1764, here ones was the park of Gunta Kings, but they wore destroyed in 1793 to construct the Academy of Fine Arts and the small district for the students learning in this academy. The academy is still here, but the dorms wore given to the public and now you can buy a great flat looking on Western Nogovicka Part and drink the best coffee in town.

Nogovicka City District, the fastest growing district whit Modern Buildings and mainly is offices. This district was for a long time a forest and small villages. In 1920-1930 the district started constructing a modern district. In 1950 the construction was stop until 1980 when the Mayor of the city Filip Gorsukov, created a special zone for construction of "Nogovicka City". The district grew and there are still plans of constructing the tallest tower in Nogovicka and in Eastern Albion. Here you can find the HQ of "Czar-Auo", "National Bank of Albion", Sereskovskaja Corporation and other.

"Nogovicka Citi" district is coming to end in construction and reconstruction, already many famous Hiigaran Companies like "MiLu" Group and "Cernajavoda" have opened there HQ and offices in Nogovicka City. Right now there are many possibilties in opening new companies in Hiigara and Nogovicka a special. New Office buildings and easy work between the Hiigaran - your nation, many Nogovites can speak english and german. Foreign direct investment nearly tripled in the past two years. In 2005, the regions accounted for nearly three quarters of all foreign investment in Hiigaran Confederacy. Important characteristics: an accessible market; a skilled workforce; effective infrastructure; clear, consistent business rules and, not least, regional leaderships that are actively committed to those goals with strong backing from New Port.

Nogovickan Business boom begun in 1978 when factories, docks wore fully moved away from the city. The cities infrastructure was totally rebuild and a new modern bridge had connected Western and Eastern Nogovicka. In 1979 the Cities Duma voted for construction of a special zone called "Nogovicka Citi" where all the new offices and companies be located. Right now this is the fastest growing district in Nogovicka.

Today the Hiigaran Confederacy bid has entered 200+. We hope that the Nogovickan Bid can still bring more interesting things to you and hope that the city will grow. More things will be soon.

We can show what Hiigara has grown from when it only was created and what it changed to. Nogovicka is the symbol of the change, of perfection and of rebuilding. The city in only 5 weeks changed drasticly. It for the first time was showed to the public, it became the first Hiigaran to try and go AOIN Wide. And this city shows that everything is possible. Largest theather in Western Part of the city "Geberion Theather" build in 1897, this is the perfect example of letter Albion Art Deco. There are two stages, "Small" and "Big", they are used for different types of plays.

Forentian Hiigarans Kran'et Temple. This temple was build in 1784 for the use of the Forentian Hiigarans living in Nogovicka. This district is still denstly populated by Forentian Hiigarans (Stronghold-Kushan Empire). Here you can find one of the most oldest homes in Nogovicka, many of this buildings wore from where the rebuilding of the city begun in 19 centuary.

Station Pizen. It is the largest station in Nogovicka. From here you can get to Pizen (Albion Capital), to Moscow (Rus). Build in 1916, this station helped the growt of the city and to get new goods to the city after some docks wore closed. Near the stations there are hotels like "Berez" and "U Rurikovicha".

Nogovickan Boarder Gates. Build in 1745, they wore the main entrance to the city by land from Pizen. This gates, symbolize the glory of Nogovicka and it becaming De-facto capital of Albion for around 40 years. After the fall of the Kingdom, this gates became a favorit place for the new rich for walks and relaxing. This is still a park.

Nogovickan University of Science. Founded in 1832, this was and still is the largest university in Nogovicka. Here you can study many courses and many faculties are located around the city. Already many students from AOIN countries have came to the city to study here. Right now there are 3 International Universities in Nogovicka.

Nogovickan City Duma. The senate of the city. This building was build in times of reconstruction of the city. The building was build on place of an old king's parks. The new Duma Building is large to symbolize the change and that the Republic will stand for ever.

"The last of the Giants". A picture of a man standing in the ruins of the city, which started rebuilding it. It was President Kabanow Egor. The republic taken a new course under his leadership and Nogovicka started returning its glory. This sculpture was erected for him. In front of Pizen Hall.

I chosen to restart my update here, as only one day is allowed to post in the updates. So here is again Nogovicka, where the world unites.

The first picture is Nogovickan Flag where Grain the symbol of richness which was first used in 1638, by General Ruricovic Semenov, which fought against the Turks. The three stripes are the symbol of the might and good luck of the city. This flag officially became the symbol of the city after the end of Albionic Kingdom and start of the first republic. This flag symbolizes the richness of land, of sea and river.

Nogovicka grew extremely quick creating third largest city in Albion, whit modern architecture, whit the old small streets and etc. etc. etc. We can change, the main topic of the city today. We changed, from a nation locked down upon, now Hiigara is one of the nations that can change and change the world. Nogovicka is a show of the Hiigaran aim to become the peaceful and to insure peace in all of AOIN. Nogovicka was the hardest project rebuilding and making it look as it was and will be. The new Nogovicka was seen by all of AOIN public changing quickly and dramaticly, from a small city to a new center of western albion.

Nogovicka has opened offices of many companies from AOIN and Hiigaran United Confederacy. All over you can hear different languages, from English to Chinese. The people from conservatives changed to the new liberals, seeing the change as the future of the city. The city has changed, yes, all have seen it, but the spirit of the city will never change - The tango, quiet small streets, the voice of the city.

Hiigaran United Confederacy 100% ready to take the AOIN HQ and have given all possible to the AOIN public. Hiigaran public is open to the new comers and to the change of the Hiigara to the international.

What is exactly the AIN HQ building in your bid?

Palace of Batogiche is the AOIN HQ there are offices already in AOIN Tower. Also there will be residence given to the public that is working in the AOIN HQ buildings near them. So there are many possibilities in working in Nogovicka and getting fast from one office to other and residence are located between. There is a full history of the main building HQ in the second reply in this tread. The newer building was build not long ago, only perperse to be used by AOIN, embassies, offices and other.
