The Summit will be hosted in the newly built AIN Building located in the Lower Hinch Bar area of the city. Discussion will take place in the chamber and committee rooms as well as exhibits taking place in the great hall throughout the duration of the summit.
Delegates have a large choice of hotels, but the most luxury hotels are located in the vicinity of the AIN building will The Menajory Hotel just to the rear of the Building on Monument Street and The Madison Grand located on the junction of St. Patrick's Square and University Avenue. Further afield but not pictured is the Radisson BLU - Bunratty and the Royal Shoreline Hotel, all of which have been block booked for the summit.

The summit will take place for 9 days between the 7th to the 15th November inclusive and the proposed manifest is as follows:

DAY 1 (SUN) - Meet and greet in the great hall, Presentation of the unique aspects of each nations education and health systems
DAY 2 (MON) - Making healthcare and education free and accessible to all
DAY 3 (TUE) - Break Day, arranged tour of Cill Orglan, formal dinner in The Madison Grand
DAY 4 (WED) - Problems surrounding healthcare programs and the provision of free healthcare
DAY 5 (THU) - Problems surrounding education programs and the provision of free education
DAY 6 (FRI) - Break Day, showcase tour of Cill Orglan's health and education facilities or day at leisure
DAY 7 (SAT) - Advantages of your nation's systems
DAY 8 (SUN) - Planning for the future
DAY 9 (MON) - Commiting to improving education, health and other aspects discussed along with a farewell luncheon in the City Hall
