An African region which is territorized by the Litusians.
The first pic is a teaser to show what the area is about and what it maybe like.

The second is just something I may focus on later on
about the second storm which will just be rain when it hits land.

Wow, nice mini update there! It's wonderful to see some African work, it's a rare thing to see done so well. The diversity you create so masterfully is stunning.
