New Territory Proposal

As the Prime Minster of Onubis realized that there is barely any room for expansion due to the climate. The Prime Minster has asked the parliament for approval for new territory (territories). As it was approved, he was sent this message to AIN for a new official territory in Russia. From there, Onubis can use it for new resources and a way to gain water.

The Prime Minster is asking all of AIN to approve this proposal for the sake of Onubis' future.

Well, it would be economical especially if your nation pretty much have to spend a lot of money on desalt plants and lacks resources. Besides that, you're right about the size. I should make it much smaller because it's too big. Also, Cattlala has a territory and one other nation. (idk what it is) so why not?

Wouldn't the cost of buying this land be equivalent to operating a desalination plant? It also would be unrealistic for Russia to sell land full of gas and oil, of which Russia depends greatly for economic growth.

Cattala doesn't have a territory, Rhodes was an independent AIN state until Julien decided to focus on Lanaya. I took over Rhodes so that we didn't lose all the role play links, and it's now a full part of Cattala as a province.

But yes, you could apply for this in the Admissions Desk to become a proxy state, basically a dependency, and it would go straight to vote once you had some images.
I'd recommend making it smaller though.

I really don't know if it will be equivalent or not, but I've never thought of that. Since you brought that up, I guess there would be other natural resources besides gas and oil such as ores.

So that's how it happened. Anyways, as I stated above, I will make it much smaller because it would be a size of a nation. Besides that, when you mean by a proxy state, you mean like I'll have to do the entire full membership process again for that?

We don't really have any set rules for proxy state applications. At the moment, I just look at the applications and say that they go to voting. But I'd at least recommend getting half a dozen images minimum, along with some role play details. It's also very close to Syldavia, so I recommend talking to Julien before applying, in case it affects his nation.

I completely support this on the terms that it is a quarter the size and doesn't overlap any other nations.

This doesn't overlap any nations / terriorities and I've resized it to a considerable size.
