A unique and realistic flag of your nation
A unique and realistic coat of arms for your nation
A map of your nation's location that does not overlap with an existing AIN nation and is realistic to your CJ style
A type of government that again matches your CJ style
A realistic size and population of your nation
No in-game UI
A reasonable ratio of custom content to maxis provided content (50/50 minimum), as that there is little repetition and a constant style of architecture
A detailed and realistic context (history) for your nation
The Network Addon Mod (NAM)

Summary

I like this application, it's definitely a high quality and it's great to see another European nation. A few minor things from me that don't affect the application - the summer temperatures are a little high, it rarely reaches 30 degrees in that region of the world, and Oksanians would probably drive on the left due to Britain and Ireland driving on the correct side of the road. I'd also like to see some rural areas and small villages.
In conclusion, I think this is a very good application and can go to vote once a coat of arms is completed.

Thomas - he can't really control what side of the road sims drive on. If he has the US version of SC4, they will drive on the right hands side. Although NAM has support for left-side-drive, it adversely affects the game if you apply it to the US version.

I mean in roleplay terms. I didn't even look at the side of the road they drive on in game. And it's not a big problem, just a realism suggestion.

I disagree, Julien. It should be left because both Britain and Ireland, Oksaine's closest neighbours, drive on the left. Iceland has only driven on the right for 42 years, so Oksaine is most likely to have RHD vehicles (from the UK) and have left hand drive on roads.

I didn't talked about Oksaine, I talked about the World in general Cuz you said Left was the cirrect side of the road:

Well for this problem, I know the thread how to switch it but gimme time to search it.

Are you kidding? I guess I'll change it then. It's just that this country is influenced by Russia and Ukraine, and they drive on the right, and when I switched to left mod a few months ago, it looked unrealistic because the stoplights were in the incorrect spots, and the turning lanes were in the wrong spots, so I don't know.

Exactly. This is why we sit on the right hand side of the car, other drivers pass to the right and the little thingy to turn on the indicators is on the right of the steering wheel.

I'm afraid you're mistaken: the turn lever is on the LEFT, We Pass on the LEFT, and sit on the LEFT to facilitate us driving on the RIGHT which is the RIGHT side of the road 8)
