Your Majesty King Aodhan, your excellencies, Mr President, Mr Vice President, Honoured Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen

It is with great pleasure that we gather tonight here in the Nation of Calaré to announce the Winner of the rights to Host the IV Alliance Winter Games.
After much deliberation and debate the Host City Selection Committee has come to a conclusion. The bids have been exceptional this year, and although there can be only one winner the Alliance Games Federation would like to thank all Nations and National Alliance Games Associations that have submitted a bid. We would like to encourage more Nations to be bold enough to bid in future, for we know the Alliance is strong, and gets stronger through the peaceful competition that is Sport.

This concludes the ceremony for tonight. In the coming days a delegation from the Arcacian Alliance Games Association will meet with the AGF to sign the games contract and to begin the preparations to host the Games. We wish them good luck.
