Today i announce the growing of the company. The Alliance 13 will be in two forms - Alliance 13 Radio (Broadcasting News, Talk-Shows, Interviews and other. The Radio first broadcast will be soon) Alliance 13 Channel (Alliance News and Ads. Already broadcasting, but will expand).

Also a new team is needed for the alliance 13 channel. We are looking for people that will be interested to make godmodding role play stories that will be fun for all. All can sign up. We need 2 people. The godmodding will be controlled by team, so that we don't get events like "HUGE TSUNAMI" or "JESUS WALKED ON WATER!". We are waiting for you to change the role play of AIN, so join in the best channel!

Sorogo, Ganvie - Much of the Horn of Africa, which includes Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti and Sorogo was struck in the summer of 2011 by one of the worst droughts in 60 years.

In Sorogo, where a relentless conflict has depleted the country’s food supplies over decades, the drought hit with a particularly devastating impact. Tens of thousands of Sorogos have died of malnutrition-related causes; three million Sorogos are in urgent need of aid and more than 10 million are at risk. The Alliance Red Cross declared a famine, using scientific criteria of death and malnutrition rates.

Sorogo, especially the southern third where the famine is, has been considered a no-go zone for years, a lawless caldron that has claimed the lives of dozens of aid workers, spelling a legacy that has scared off many international organizations.

The two parts of southern Sorogo where famine was declared are controlled by Vahabi, a brutal Islamist group that is aligned with Uroborian Tiger Forces. The militia has driven out the non-alliance organizations. When the scale of the catastrophe became clear, they relented and invited aid groups back, but demand that all food come trow them. Many aid organizations are reluctant to venture into Vahabi areas because of the obvious dangers — the Vahabi have killed dozens of aid workers.

The Sorogo did not wait. Tens of thousands, possibly even hundreds of thousands, fled to Kenya and Ethiopia for help. The Vahabi responded by blocking starving people from fleeing the country and setting up a cantonment camp where it imprisoned displaced people who were trying to escape Vahabi territory.

The President, Alsovar Kovie, from Ganvie, the capital of the state, ask the AIN for help. The question of helping the refugees with food and medicine. He ask that the Security Council and all interested nations try to help the nation and to gather as soon as possible.
Recently, the United Republic of Lorenta was accepted into the Atlantic Commonwealth after weeks of waiting and waiting. The announcement renewed the interests and speculations of other AIN nations on the Commonwealth. So what's in store for the Commonwealth?

Many people speculate that the Commonwealth is wanting to control the world. That isn't quite as true as many people think it is. The Atlantic Commonwealth's main goal is to open trade, diplomatic relations and help keep the Atlantic peaceful as it possible can be. Although many people see the Commonwealth as a response to the Pizen Pact, another bloc with members including Hiigara, Shushtrepistaz, Syldavia and Okatabawashi.

Soon after the acceptance of Lorenta into the AC, Corraile announced a trade-agreement with Lorenta. It is said to benefit both countries by increasing the number of jobs and economic growth. Many people agree and say that Corraile and Lorenta are moving in the right direction to fulfilling the AC's goals.

The Atlantic Commonwealth isn't as bad as many people believe it is. No military action has been taken and really, no force has had to been used since the AC came into exsistence.. All everyone wants is to help the Atlantic become more influential in the world economy, and to develop diplomatic relations, which in turn equals peace.

So, the Commonwealth's future is looking good, no wars just economic growth. Hopefully other countries in the AIN capture the model the AC is setting up, no war, just peace and prosperity.

Exactly. It's a unionwide newspaper and it shouldn't be biased - if it was an editorial then maybe, but it's not.
I just don't think bias has a place in the Alliance 13.
