May City Notebook of the Month and Banner Update

With just over a week to go until May, it's time for you to bid to be the City Notebook of the Month! It's a great opportunity to get your country loads more views and comments. You'll also be featured on the ticker too!

It's been three months since our last major banner update, and I'm planning to add some new stuff to it as well, just to refresh it a little. Please don't post any mosaics, images with graphics embedded on them, since I would have to crop or expand those a lot more than I want to. Energetic and active images are probably the best to use.

When will the deadline?

Next week I have tests throughout the week, so I won't be online for enough time to revamp the banner and stuff. So if it's not done by this weekend, then it won't be done until mid-May.

Can I reapply for the city notebook of the month again or it has to be different this time?

There's no ruling about how long you have to wait before re-applying, but I won't select a nation that presented it the month previously due to obvious reasons. You can apply next month.
