Coast Guard One
Coast Guard One is the official transport of the President of Arcacia. It is on permanent stand-by at Providence International Airport, ready to fly the President anywhere in the world, though it is mostly used for flights within the Asia/Pacific region. The ex-airline Boeing 737-400 with a cruising speed of Mach .74, a service ceiling of 37,000 feet and a range of 2,270 nautical miles, the jet is capable of flying the President as far as South-East Asia without needing to stop. It makes stops on longer flights, with crews changing every 8 flying hours.
The aircraft has a secure broadband satellite internet connection and secure phone line, both of which are encrypted and allow the President to effectively run the country from the air. It is, in effect, an extension of the Executive Office.
The front cabin is like first class on an airline with 20 large, comfortable seats. The mid-section is a meeting and conference room, allowing face-to-face meetings between the President and their cabinet. The back section of the plane contains 4 bedrooms. The 2 larger ones at the very rear are reserved for the President (port) and Vice President (starboard), with the remaining 2 for the Captain(s) (port) and First Officer(s) (starboard) to allow crew rotation on longer flights. The seats in the forward cabin all have 180º recline, converting into sleeping berths.

Very snazzy Daniel. Although the idea of it being based on Air Force One, seems a little clichéd, I like the Coast Guard addition, which symbolises Arcacia's lack of military... muscle.

From my experience in the SC4 community, "photoshopping" usually means generic photo editing, no matter what program is actually used.

An ex-airline plane? How safe is it? I think Arcacia has enough money to buy a new plane...

It used to belong to Australian Airlines. It was built in 1997. It's fine.

Yeah, MS Paint. Windows Vista. Actually, I use a combination of programmes to get the result I want. Paint is really good for compiling the finished product and some simple edits, but I also use Gimp and Irfan for more complex edits or functions that Paint either doesn't have or does poorly.
