Re: Republic of Arcacia
Welcome to AIN! Nice application, I see a couple of realism issues, but that can be fixed
Now before I say yes or no, I ask this to the applicants: are you able to be committed to AIN? Meaning, if you do get accepted, I'm just making sure that you are not just some lurker who barely logs on and barely participates in the union activities(and yes we've had some former members do that, once they get accepted, they never log on or barely even post anything ).

Re: Republic of Arcacia
Absolutely - I guarantee that Arcacia will be an active member. I am not simply here to promote the country, but to improve it. As a tiny nation of less than 200,000 people, Arcacia has not been active on the global scene, something I hope to change.
Given our location in the Coral Sea, we have no need for a military as our waters are regularly patrolled by Australian, French and American naval vessels. Our close proximity to Australia and friendly relations with our neighbours ensures our security.
We do, however, have an active space program. Mainly to make Australia, who doesn't have one, look bad.
The government is in the process of putting together a bid for the May 2010 Simplympics. Yorke has been chosen as the bidding city, mainly because it's the only city with enough room, being surrounded by farms.
It is time for Arcacia to step out of the shadows and show the world that we are a vibrant, peaceful nation with the potential to be a major regional influence.
Our constitution ensures the democratic tradition is maintained, the document was shaped around human rights.
Any information required by other members of the AIN will be happily forwarded.

Re: Republic of Arcacia
Well, I see it the mapping is fine. And you have a geographic location of the nation, next to Australia.
Re: Republic of Arcacia
Then yes! Don't, worry, small nations are good to, Aleksania proper has only about 400,000 people.
Re: Republic of Arcacia
That makes 7 votes (5 yes, but needs improvement, 2 yes). So (correct me if I'm wrong) that makes you a member of ain!!!
Re: Republic of Arcacia
Welcome to AIN!
Now, since you are a new member, you will be in a junior member status(you can't vote, you can't run for office and no AIN Spaces account ). In a month or two, if we see that you are being active in AIN and develop your CJ, then we can move you up to a full member status
But a little reminder, since you got five "needs improvement" votes, we will be a bit stricter on your application for full membership and you will need to show a huge improvement on your city building skills.

Re: Republic of Arcacia
Thanks.
A couple of questions:
1) How do I start a City Journal?
2) Can you please be more specific about the types of improvements you think need to be made?
