It's only minor as it hasn't got any departments under it. See how the Major Departments have departments in italics below them? They're sub-departments. If anything, the Health Department is probably bigger than that list shows, the budget certainly is. It just doesn't have anything underneath it, the same with Media and Culture.
The only minor department is actually Sport. Smile

I just hate having to download all of 'em. Half the time I've downloaded em like 5 times already. Thats why I love the LEX. It tells you If you've downloaded the file already. ST needs something like that.

I always remember the BATs I download, even if it was old time ago.
If you need more houses for residential, just write "residential" on STEX.
For a good start, download all Ill Tonkso BATs. Cheeky/Razz
