Awards Night

Welcome to the first annual AIN Film Awards 2009! Live at the QHEXPO Convention Center here in Chihiro, Petrova! Similar to the Academy Awards, the AFA's will be awarding the awards to the best films of 2009 from around the world. Three weeks prior to the live telecast, the union suggest and votes on nominees of their respective categories. The winners are announced in the live telecast. The AFA's is an event for union members to discover and discuss movies from around the world. Please welcome your hosts for tonight:

George Clooney, famed International actor from the USA.
Ellen DeGeneres, famed primetime talk show host of the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Jenifer di Fracci, will be representing Petrova at the 2010 Miss SimUniverse Pageant in Escambia.
Will Smith, famed International actor from the USA.

George: Hello! Welcome the first annual AIN Film Awards live in Petrova!

Ellen: Good evening! It is approximately 8 at night here in the capital and we have a full house with 15,000 audience! We would like to thank our founder, Matt for the inspiration making this event happen! And of course, our events coordinator and host, Peter for putting it all together! As well as you, the audience at home, for voting!

George: Ok, so our first award of the night goes to someone who won truly deserves this award. This person is now resting in peace, but his legacy will remain with us.

Ellen: And so, the Best Documentary goes to:

Jenifer: Hi there! Its a great pleasure in hosting this awards. I would like to thank my agent, my friends, my sister, without her, I wouldn't have won!

Will: Ummm Jen, you haven't won an award....

Jenifer: I know, I know. Just practicing when I take home the best actress award.

Will: You act?

Jenifer: Why yes, I'm acting right now!

Will: And you're doing a fine job. Well, why don't you do the honors and announce the next award?

Jenifer: Glad to. So, this next award is the best of the best. Well....in Europe that is. And the Movie of Europe is....

Ellen: This next award is dedicated to actors that do an outstanding job playing a supporting role.

George: Yes, and so, the Best Supporting Actor is....

Jenifer: Will, don't you just love the songs that they use in movies, the right place, the right time. You know? Happy music when its the happy part, and sad music when its the sad part.

Will: Gotta love that about movies Jen!

Jenifer: So this next award goes to songs that truly makes the movie spectacular!

Will: And the Best Original Song Goes to....

George: Ka-BOOMMM:

Will: PUTSHHHH!!!

George: BOOOOOINNNGGG!!

Ellen: Boys, boys, what are you two doing?

George and Will: Ellen, move out of the way, there's a bomb!

Ellen: What bomb?

Will: BOOMMM!!!!

Ellen: Ok! Seriously now!

Jenifer: This next award goes to people that love the fast paced car chase with gunshots every three seconds with the occasional blood splattering, gut spilling scenes.

Ellen: Thanks for that image Jen. And so, the Best Action Film Goes to...

Jenifer: Ni hao to our freinds in China!

George: Wow aren't you smart?

Jenifer: I try George. I try. You see, I'm learning how to speak five languages so that when I go to Escambia in March, I can talk and understand all the ladies!

George: So can you say what's coming up next in Italian?

Jenifer: Il film di Asia va a....

George: And the Movie of Asia goes to.....

Ellen: ahhhh. The technology these days. Everything seems so real nowadays.

Will: Definitely, Ellen. I remember a while back, I was watching the making of the Titanic, and it was really overwhelming what people in the movies do. You'd think that they were on the actual ship, when it was all computer effects! From visual effects to sounds effects. So, these two awards are dedicated to the makings of a spectacular film.

Ellen: And so, the Best Visual Effects goes to....

Will: And the Best Sound goes to .....

George: The animation industry has definitely gone up and beyond. So this award dedicates the best animated film, excuse me, films, of this year.

Spoiler:

George: This movie gave me nightmares!

Will: You kiddin? That movie was hella funny!

George: Wait...what movie are you talking about?

Will: The Ugly Truth. What movie are YOU talking about?

George: The Grudge.

George & Will: Oh.

Jenifer: Oh boys. Well, whether its a funny or scary movie, most movies has a supporting actress that makes the film interesting.

Will: And so the Best Supporting Actress goes to.....

Ellen: Movies would be a mess if there wasnt someone behind the set directing the actors and actresses.

Jenifer: You got that right Ellen. Directors make the film what it is today, well him or her, plus the entire crew. But this award dedicates to man behind the cameras.

Ellen: And the Best Director award goes to.....

Will: Stop being such a couch potato George!

George: But I can't help it, my favorite show is on.

Will: Oh yea, and what might that be?

George: You're about to find out, because the Best TV Series award goes to.....

Jenifer: AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Will: What's wrong Jen?

Jenifer: I saw the grudge over there!

Will: Where?

Jenifer: Over the one of the TV screens!

Will: Nahhh. You're just messin!

*crackling voice: And the Best Horror Movie goes to.....

Will and Jenifer: AHHHHHH!!!!!

Ellen: *sniff sniff*

George: What's wrong now Ellen?

Ellen: *sniff* The dog just died!

George: I am sooo sorry!

Ellen: NOOOOO!!! Not my dog! Its the dog in the movie I'm watching!

George: Well one thing's for sure, drama and romance films have made even the toughest men cry.

Ellen: AND what's that supposed to mean huh??

George: uhhh nothing!

Ellen: You!

*Ellen chases George off stage.

Jenifer: And so the Best Drama & Romance Film goes to....

Will: You know, this award is very interesting. The award for the Movie of North America goes to....

Jenifer: ahahhahahahhahhaa!

Will: And what might be funny Jen?

Jenifer: hahaaa, I remember watching two movies that made me laugh the most.

Will: Well let's find out what those two movies are!

Jenifer: Best Comedy goes to....

Ellen: You know what George? I think I'm going on a journey with Portia, my wife.

George: Anything, as long as you dont chase me again.

Ellen: Well I won't stop chasing you until you say sorry!

George: But I didnt do anything!

Ellen: Before I beat George with this microphone, let's see which movie won Best Adventure film....

Jenifer: Ellen, he's not calling me!

Ellen: Oh honey, go to the market, get yourself some ribs and ice cream cuz you've been dumped!

Jenifer: *cries loudly*

George: Yea Jen. He's Just Not Into You!

Jenifer: But I'll call him!

Ellen: You go do that, while we announce the Best Actress in a Leading Role.

Will: You know what George? I love movies that are unreal, but because of the elements in the movie, it seems so real!

George: You mean the special effects?

Will: Nahh, we gave that award a while back. I mean the best science fiction award.

George: Oh.

Spoiler:

Ellen: Two more awards to go. And this slot goes to...

Jenifer: Wait a minute Ellen. I feel like this is the Miss SimUniverse and we're announcing the ladies. Haha.

Ellen: And that's what I'm about to do. And the second to last spot goes to....PETROVA!!!

Jenifer: aww! Thank you Ellen! But what does that have to do with the AFA's?

Ellen: Nothing. Just wanted to make you happy.

Jenifer: Oooooo! Portia will be jealous!

Ellen: Haha. Ok, well let's about that another day.

Jenifer: So theres

Ellen: Moving on! And this award is dedicated to the best of best of actor, I mean actors.

Jenifer: Haha yes, and the Best Actor in a Leading Role goes to....

Will: Well, this is last award of the night.

George: This I think is one of the most important awards of the AFA's.

Jenifer: You got that right. This movie has racked several awards this evening.

Ellen: And now, this movie gets the award for the best picture.
