Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U6-2

...

You see this? This is Prop Pox. I just lost the tile of Strathmore, because I accidentally backed up the prop pox tile.

So welcome to Strathmore V2. Everything in the whole tile will be remade. First off, here is the University of Winthrop at Strathmore.
Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U6-3

The SHUR makes good filler dormitories while waiting for JBSimio to release the high rise Clayhurst dorms.
Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U6-4

The grid in the university is narrowed to encourage less driving through the university and walking.
Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U6-5

Surrounding the university is known as the University District, known for it's varied shopping amenities serving students and tourists alike.

good work! Sorry for the set backs. You might consider planting trees in that suburb area. 👍

Sorry to hear about Strathmore getting Prop Pox, but V2 looks terrific nonetheless. Do you know what in your plugins folder might be causing Prop Pox?

It seems you're missing some props for those suburban homes. They're supposed to have lots of trees

Thank you!
976: Prop Pox is when props start disappearing. An example is the first picture.
Sky Guy+kccl: That first picture is the Prop Pox tile.
Zack: I have no idea. I'm trying to find it though.

Shadow Park V2
Shadow Park is divided into seven segments, each bordered by a different type of tree. The paths radiate from small circle plazas, with four of the radiating points coming from the Westenburg Shell.

Thank you everyone!

Now to present...

The most...

Complicated...

Interchange...

In the AIN. (That I know of)

The Whirling Turbostack!
Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U8-1

So complicated, I had to turn part of it into subway!

The most complex BUILT interchage in the AIN - you should see what is planned for the new Rathlin Urban Motorway Project.

3 motorways, 2 dual carriageways and 3 roads. :O Wink

Great interchange anyway Cheeky/Razz

You are asking for a challenge, aren't you? If I had a place where 3 freeways, 2 arterial roads, and their frontage roads combined...

Yep - i cant come up with a logical design yet - every attempt has severely reduced design standards - which this Urban Motorway Renewal is meant to address.

I feel a little competition coming on Cheeky/Razz

Neil: Gogogogogogo!
Thomas: That is actually possible to build in SC4. I'll show an example later.
Sky Guy: You have plenty of time...
marshmallow: You can try to 1-up it.
976: They all exist.

For Strathmore-Palmona, I am starting on a Coney Island like development: The MacGruber Amusement Park. I'm going to develop the beach when I modify PEG's Beach Development Kit so there's no Prop Pox.

A slightly closer view of the rides:
Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U8-4

The Liberty Eye is the centerpiece of the park and marks the start of the Route de la Liberté.
Strathmore-Palmona Area - Page 2 U8-5

How about a night shot? I haven't shown one of these in a while.

Great to see my suggestion brought to life so skillfully! You really did a terrific job capturing the feel of Coney Island (as near as I can tell from reading about it on Wikipedia). And thanks for bringing the Liberty Eye to my attention - I'll be sure to make good use of it.
