Hi KC,

Please don't worry about doing the second Arcacian plane, nor the Lycanth one. I am getting FS2004 and have already done the liveries myself. Smile

@dan - That's great news! I'm surprised you can get liveries done by yourself. Can you fly an aircraft IFR too?

ADDON - Maybe I could get your help for extra requests, which I may not have time for?

I used to be a HUGE flight sim nut. I even had my own virtual airline for 2 years. I am very well versed in how to paint liveries and, as I am actually a trained pilot in real life (not that I work as one, but I can fly) I can fly both VFR and IFR. Smile

OMG! Well... That's good to know. Isn't FS2004 a little outdated (now, not then).

Actually, I think it's the pinnacle of the series. FSX is very arcade-like and not really good for serious simulation.

Got an Airline with historical root?

Relive them! Because this week's (Saturday-Next Saturday) Retro Livery Week!

Use either modern aircraft or stick to smoky 727s. It doesn't matter!

ADDON - I can't find any templates for 727s, so I had to "snip" them off something else! Sorry for the low quality!

I'll get a classic livery of an old airline soon. That template is very small.

Illu'an Airlines operated from 1939-1973. They went bankrupt in 1973. I might add a merger with another airline to that story.

The Concorde doesn't fly anymore for a reason. It wasn't profitable.

Some wonderful aircraft enthusiast managed to dig out some wonderful shots of 727s at Seattle. Being a private pilot, he decided to strike a deal with some Illu'an pilots to do some air-to-air photos. He got them. They were stunning!

This one was taken on a later date, when he was at Colbitz

Not surprisingly, he was formally reprimanded by the FAA for not following air-safety rules.

@Saathoff - That will come later, because its um... RETRO LIVERY WEEK?
