Fairview decide to construct the first TGV line beetween the biggest cities of Fairview: Bruxelas and Nova Cidade. With this investment the government expects an increase of commercial demand, lower pollution, and a way to promote a secur way of travelling, and of course win some money! The first line called The Biggest between Nova Cidade and Bruxelas will have 3 stations where TGV is going to stop: Bruxelas Central, Nova Cidade Central e Estação Internacional de Gant! The second line will be developed beetween: Entre-Os-Montes, New York of Fairview and Bruxelas! In this topic I am going to informate about the constructions... and others informations about this project!

Can Spain/Portugal/Fairview afford HSR? Considering two of them are likely to need a bailout over the next year - how can you justify Fairview's massive expenditure and budgeting?

Portugal and Spain will go ahead with the HSR within with the finance difficults of the both countries. So, I don't see the problem of Fairview in advacing with this project.

Okay then - how can Fairview justify such major financial spending beside the HSR? Such as taking over ERC? It seems highly unrealistic in a time of austerity in the region that Fairview is in.

You should provide a cost estimate based on the Spanish AVE train.
Also, I have a suggestion for connecting it to Spain. Attach it to the AVE line at Sevilla.

Corraile is willing to invest in this new HSR line.

In Corraile, a HSR system, the HypeExpress, runs between Centreburg and Highvale. We are willing to support Fairview's HSR project, with 2 possible methods.

1)Under the first plan, the system will be run along commercial lines, by a semi-private corporation, with 49% held by HyperExpress Pte Ltd, and 51% held by Fairview. HyperExpress will then provide expertise for the project for 10 years before the stake will be sold.

2)Corraile will finance the project through LOANS. These loans are long-term binding, meaning they can be repaid over a long period of time. Naturally, there will be slight interest added onto yearly debt. This will allow Fairview full autonomy over the project.

@emgmod - Fairview is not part of the EU, I believe, so it doesn't use the Euro as its currency. Therefore, Fairview can dilute its currency to pay off debts.

Sorry Corraile, but Fairview signed a fund with Atlantic Federation of 20.5 billion dollars to create the HSR in both countries, Fairview will construct and repairing the lines and AF will construct the trains and mantain it.
