Voting Results

As i received the votes via pm, the verdict came in as Hung Jury.

According to AIN Constitution in result of Hung Jury the President of AIN Makes the final verdict.

8.2 - In case of Hung
Jury, President makes final verdict.

In the Case of Arcacia vs. Ollingdale i hereby declare Ollingdale Guilty of breaching the AIN Constitution. And a 1 month export sanction with AIN Countries and a Arcacia V. Ollingdale - Page 3 102290

1 Million AINERO fine.

Sanction will go into place on June 8th, 2010 till July 8th, 2010

Does that include oil? Because if so, Holidia is screwed.

Yes it includes oil, Escambia will step up and support Holidia's needs till the sanction is over

The Prosecution requests a ruling overturning the Ollingdalean legislation that led to this case.
