Voting – AIN Meeting Reform

If this order is passed, 2 meetings will be held every two weeks between two time zones, to be determined in the new AIN Meetings forum which would be under the Executive Department. This would also be the location of the following threads:

Topics of Discussion: For the week prior to the meeting, people can post topics they wish to discuss at the next meeting, therefore each meeting will have some discussion in it.
Meeting Calendar: This would be implemented allowing every member to see what dates the meetings are held. This prevents confusion amongst members.

This order will close on the 13th June 2010, and if it recieves a majority vote, (66%+) then it will be passed and this reform will take place to the meeting system and the Constitution and an administrator will be informed of the need to create this new section.
