I say expand suburbs from the Downtown area, maybe with more modern houses. Surburbia should end somewhere near or past the airport.

Hmm. not sure. But I would suggest moving that GLR Station In Avenue in front of the pathway to the statue. It would look a little better IMO

I agree with the others, and in addition to the resort island, I think a causeway connecting it to mainland would be cool.
