Strathmore-Palmona is usually just called Strathmore in my books.

Those are a lot of 717s. Is the airline okay with the fleet?

Yes, I personally love the 717. Great for short flights.

I've made some changes, expect a route map soon. Meanwhile... I'm looking for an airport to use as my European hub, anyone have suggestions?

I'm not sure if your airline can afford a hub at the other side of the world. But you can always try.

Well, no hub for me. But I'll go for the status of 'focus city'.
