PROPOSAL | Votation Pool Reforms

It was a part of my campaign for Head of Intelligence and what I purpose here is to reform the Votation Pool Options:

- Votation Options must be only : YES , NO and ABSTAIN.

- No one can Veto because it is a permission only for situations like this: The votation has passed but the President decided to give his Veto.

This proposal will facilit the aprovation of necessary laws like the "Bidding Commitees" that suffered a small incident and it was not aproved because of the veto!

It actually wasn't vetoed. The 2 veto votes were mistakes. One meant to abstain and the other meant to vote no.

I'm actually working on a major reform that will take this into consideration. I don't want to say too much at the moment, because the proposal is still very much in its infancy and I still need to consult with the President on the finer details before putting it to the chamber.

Actually, some proposal requires a "Veto" option. I remember that there's a rule of it somewhere about the different type of proposals and their voting choices plus percentage to pass.

In this case, it requires a "veto" option as it will heavily impact AIN at a high level.
