Btw, I never understood why Maxis are so hated, at least we can use one or two building from them like Zach did a fantastic job with Kendall for example.

I never understood why, either. Some Maxis buildings are actually quite nice-looking!

As for Maxis building is not so bad even if we re-lot it, it would be very realistic. (Consinder slums in Karasem using Maxis buildings)..
