Explanations:

England, who is the colonist of Uroboria abandoned the land after WW2 to let it to Syldavia while the south was Japan's but Shushtrepistaz gain it. So we can say that Uroboria is Japan's and England's daughter, but is today the daughter of Syldavia because it is a province of it.

England is a "loser" due to his look, but in reality he's a player (remember the British Empire?)

USA is rejected because he is known to interfere in everything and bring more mess. Of course Canada will be happy to help USA because its USA's lapdog.
