Explanations: This cover the last events in South Uroboria a dependency of Shushtrepistaz where was some riots and rebellions against the poor economy in the country. Troops from Syldavia, Uroboria (its a province of Syldavia), South Uroboria, Shushtrepistaz and Hiigara are trying to stop the riots.

About Hiigara and Vodka. Of course Hiigara only thinks about vodka and propose to give some to the kid so he can shut up But, he didn't propose his vodka, he proposed Syldavia's

Hiigara doesn't like commies because they had problems with USSR in the past times.

South Uroboria said about Shushtrepistaz that he isn't his real dad. That's because South Uroboria was given to Shushtrepistaz after WWII from Japan. North Uroboria (the Province of Uroboria) was given to Syldavia from the British.

The old books Uroboria is talking about are about the history of Syldavia when it was part of the USSR.

it's not from a movie, it's from Reality. it's from a real wedding. After that scene, a woman try to beat up the guy who was bringing the rings. it's so funny.

The other scene is from Wedding Crashers, the movie.
