Waterfront City

Things are definitely looking better than before, Wacky. Good job on these improvements.

One thing I haven't seen in Waterfront City so far is, well, a waterfront. Perhaps, when you start over, you could use a map with a good coastline for your downtown, terraform it to make it work better with seawalls, and then add some seawalls on the shore (I personally like Pegasus' OWW2 set (lots of downloads on simpeg.com) and marrast's seawalls (on the STEX, I think). As usual, check out others' work to get ideas to make it look good (shameless plug for my own work). Keep up the good work!

I shall guarantee that at least half of all North American CJ builders took something from Nyhaven either directly or indirectly.
